Rhs Young Designer Competition

Recently, my housemate entered the Rhs young designer competition. Well he has done it and got the finals. As a finalist he has to build the garden at the Rhs show at Tatton Park in Knutsford.
The garden is called 'The Revolution'. Anyway, I've designed their logo for the garden. You can check it out below (The big green revolution). The Revolution is copyright of Oliver Bailey (2009).
Andy and Paul will be at the Rhs Garden Show in the summer of 2009. Just to make it clear, I didn't design the 'Rhs Show Tatton Park' Logo below and take no credit whatsoever for it; I just thought it looked quite good.

Winner of MMU Best Flake Rush 2009

First post of a new blog! On the 19th March our Flake Rush won best mmu flake rush 2009.
In the group of the winning advert was myself, Scott Barnett, Pearl Addo & Ricky Daniels.

The panel of judges was Kirsty Buchannan; Creative Director of Reading Room, Rapier in London and another London agency I can't remember the name of. We were pretty impressed when we found out that Kirsty had worked on the 'Guiness horses' ad.

We had lots of ideas coming up with the advert, but this idea was built off an argument in my kitchen. We headed into Manchester City centre with a camera without a clue what was going to happen. You can see our new Flake ad below.
